Worried about my Lymphocytes Count: AM i at a RISK

I have exposed for a unprotected oral sex (Another person Suck me).it made me worry. and I have undergone VDRL after 6 days it was Negative.
But my WBC make me fully disappointed
WBC: MAX :10000 Min:4000
Neutrophills : 7200
Lymphocytes :2600
Eosinophills :200
Level of Lymphocytes (2600) really made me so scred,I felt it is low..with this range of Lymphocytes is there a risk to having HIV. I have symptoms of Sour in mouth (NO Pain at ALL) and redusing my apetite. And have pain in back side ot my neck just Below to Superior nuchal line .(Specially at evening)
I am so screed ..please advise me.. I am waiting for the result of HIV test..till then please advise me on my WBC count specially of Lymphocytes.
please tell me something i am so worried

I'm curious as to what your dr told you. It surprises me how many people don't have the fundamental knowledge about the human body. One "swollen" spot does not equal a lymph node and if you were told it's a lymph node by a dr then they should've explained that a specific area means an infection in that area. HIV attacks the whole body not a single location. Therefore you would have them swollen all over. As well most of your lymph nodes are located in areas where you wouldn't be able to feel them. You would need an ultrasound to see them or similar test. If you had an infection your WBC would be higher not lower to fight the infection. Your immune system over reacts to HIV not under reacts. Plus and finally show me a person who has been documented and researched by the CDC who has contracted HIV from getting head. There are none.

Yes Sam, In other words Kicker is saying your fine as for the HIV status. But its the behavior attitude that puts you at risk.

Friend, your lymphocytes are super normal. If I had something wrong, they would be totally changed.
