Female Fingered with Semen: What's My Risk?

Thanks so much for providing this forum.
I'm worried about an encounter I had 17 days ago with a male of unknown HIV status. I gave him an unprotected blowjob with ejaculation, which I know is an activity that carries some, albeit low, risk.
However, I also gave him a handjob. He held my hand, which had semen on it, and then he started fingering me with that same hand, probably 5-10 minutes at most after he came, and I'm pretty certain there was still-wet semen on his hand at the time.
I can't seem to find consistent information about what the risk is from this kind of exposure. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I've had some abdominal cramping and slight diarrhea the last couple of days, which I suspect is just anxiety, but the totally irrational side of me is convinced it's ARS. I plan to get tested at 6 weeks, but there's not much I can do in the meantime but stress.
Again, thank you for your input.

just for your own peace of mind, there has NEVER been a CONFIRMED case of HIV transmission documented, with oral being the mode of transmission. the mouth and its components, particularly saliva, is a very non-hospitable environment for the virus. its breaks it, to be honest. however.... this isnt to be used as a "gateway, or green light" for your carelessness either. so, to put your personal worries & doubts to rest, wait 13 weeks, and get tested.
Your best tool in your case is to take your potential partners down to the clinic on the first date, the second date should be picking up the results and verifying them with each other....at that point, you will know if whens its a safe bet or not, for that moment.... then have all the fun you want in that moment.

Thanks for your response. I'm actually far less concerned about the oral sex than the fingering with fairly fresh semen, however. Are you able to address the risk involved in that activity?

Semen on the fingers is no cause for concern either, if that was the case there would be millions of people more becoming infected each year. No confirmed cases have ever been linked to fingering with or without fluids.

Before you ask its because HIV is fragile. Think very thinly blown glass fragile compared to most viruses that are mason jar tough. HIV is not tolerant of temp changes, air, or other outside influences. It has a very specific range it can live in and be viable.
