semen is containing hiv, but women's vagina gets wet before sex.. does that contain HIV like semen or do they have another secretation after orgasm?

Vaginal secretions that help lubricate during sex do contain HIV. Cervical vaginal secretions also contain HIV and are considered to contain higher concentrations of the virus.
