I have read RKull's answers on anal sex & I am a bit confused & concerned. It sounds like if you have any sort of break in the skin that this is almost 100% that you will receive HIV if with a HIV+ person! Many postings talk about that infection can happen through blood & secretions. Is the passing of HIV for an insertive partner, whether male to male or male to female transferred mainly thru blood? What possible fluid and/or secretions are in the anal area?
I will be tested in 2 weeks after a risky anal encounter with a woman w/out protection lasting for 2 minutes or so. I noticed the next morning from all the grinding I had a slight abrasion/cut near the shaft. I noticed no blood & it was not forceful as she had done this many times before. The only symptom I had in the following weeks was thrush which could also be attributed to my medication. I should perhaps be put on heavy medication after this stupid mistake! thanks
