Pep warranted/Great risk after brused Condom?

Dear all,

Today I had a sexual encounter where I was penetrated analy by a guy which claimed to be HIV-. We used three condoms to make sure there were not worn out. After penetrating me for 5 minutes with the last condom we noticed there was a whole of 0,5 cm under the glance (so not on the place where the glance s). We immediately stopped the sex.

There was no ejaculation amd I'm not sure if any pre-cum slipped through the whole.

An HIV Specialist says I do not have to worry because the risk is very low and I should not take PEP.

What do you think? Should I worry a lot? Should I consider a PEP treatment?

a condom DOES NOT produce or support a hole, when it it is on.... in fact if a hole is put in one, once latex is stretched (such as force applied while thrusting) it will "tear away"...... in short it would have resembled a bald man in a latex hula skirt.

NO PEP IS REQUIRED.... while you are here, do yourself a BIG favor & educate yourself on proper condom useage. you should NEVER use more than one condom at a time. You can switch out for long sex sessions, however, it's not needed if there's proper lubrication and the condom hasnt broken. Also, with no ejaculation there was no risk.

as far as the precum slipping through the "hole"....you have a better chance of winning the lottery, than that happening.

I don't know much about what the guidelines for PEP are in the US. Can you get the guy who was with you to go with you and get a 30 minute rapid test? I would think that he may be willing to do that with/for you so you can feel better.
