I realized I'm most likely not HIV+ but I still plan on getting tested 3 months post possible exposure to know for sure. The internet is full of misleading information that will lead you to freak out and make you start to think things that you have when you really don't. The combination of reading things on the internet and stressing about them with sleepless nights is probably the main culprit of my "symptoms" that lasted about 2 1/2 months which is not ARS. I believe if you're sexually active you should get tested for all STD's to know your status. I also was looking around TheBody website and found this post from 2008 that looks very well thought out with a lot of accurate information. Maybe this will calm some of your nerves.

Doesn't calm my nerves at all. I am in neither category of what he mentioned. I supposedly had a no/low risk exposure and it is way past ARS and I am exhibiting every symptom under the sun. Dry mouth, thrush, floaters, palpable and tender submandibular lymph node and sublingual ranula cyst. I love how he neatly breaks it down to "chronic asymptomatic stage" and "generalised lymphadenopathy" If that's true what category do I fit in? How am I experiencing every tell tale sign of this disease which seems to be methodically attacking every aspect of my system?
