Acute Retroviral Syndrome (ARS) typically occurs between 2-4 weeks after exposure. The symptoms are non-specific, meaning they are the same types of things seen with just about every other illness or health condition. It is most often described as 'Flu-like' and lasts only a matter of days.
What was your exposure?

The bruising(along with low grade temp) is being experienced by my partner who I recently had an encounter with. But they also had been drinking alot during the weekend and taking nsaids. The bruising spontaneously occurred. Not my own symptoms. Im concerned that I possibly exposed my partner. I had a possible exposure earlier this year with someone(status unknown). In the earlier exposure, I used protection then and had a negative antibody test at 10 weeks following. Do you think I was at risk of contracting earlier and passing it on now?

You're concerned over PROTECTED sex? Yeah your 10 week negative is just fine since rushing out to test after protected sex isn't needed in the first place.

So you think her symptoms(bruising fatigue and temp) are from something else? It just seems all to coincidental to me.

Has anyone heard or seen bruising as a common ARS sign?
