Yes and No...
Depends on the STD, any STD leaving you with lesions and or OPEN sores puts you at an increased risk. I have read that even HPV(Human Papiloma Virus), AKA Genital warts, can make a person something like 5x more likely to obtain HIV. Remember though, odds are just odds, and numbers are just numbers...
