Two possible exposures?

Hello everyone, I may had two possible exposure.
First one was oral sex for less than 2 sec, without inserting penis into my mouth..just touching it with my tongue. He hadn't finnish but I don't know if he had precum.
I'm like 90% sure that the guy was hiv free
The second one:
I was helping a possible HIV positive buddy hung a picture on the wall, and the nail fell down so I picked it up and gave it to him. He said he didn't cut himself and I think I didn't cut myself too (atleast I didn't feel it or saw blood) So, if he had cutted himself and then I cutted myself too do you think I could get infected?
What makes me worry is that I had a few 'symptoms' like joint ache and diarrhea.
So what do you guys think? am i at risk or I should stop worrying and get on with my life?
