On June 16, I discovered I was exposed several times to HIV from March 15 to June 10.
I tested negative via an antibody tests both in April and on June 17.
On June 17, I was immediately put on Post Exposure Prophylaxis medications (Kaletra 200-50 mg once a day & Truvada 200MG-300MG once a day) for 28 days. My treatment ended on July 14.
On July 11 (25 days into my treatment) I was so anxious that I took a HIV DNA RT by PCR test which turned out Negative... Can that test be flawed by the PEP medications I was taking? If so, how long after taking PEP meds should I wait until I do a HIV DNA by PCR test again? Thank you.

PEP in your case was a useless exercise. I'm sorry you didn't have a more knowledgeable doctor.
PEP must be given within the first 72 hours. Yours was not until 7 days after your LAST possible exposure.
If you were infected in April, then maybe the PCR would have shown a viral level, but at the time you were on medication that is designed to bring a person down to undectecable.
However since you tested negative in June it's unlikely you would have been infected in the earlier months.
Your best bet is to take the antibody test 3 months after you last day of PEP for a conclusive result.
Good Luck
