Hiya, ppl. I know I'm prolly freaking out here, but I could use some assurrance. I gave oral sex to a chick 3 weeks ago (well, yeah, we did other things, too, oral sex being the only unprotected part) and - surprise, me being hysteric at these things - the next morning the sides of my neck felt strange. After a few days, my neck started feeling even worse - and my armpits began feeling peculiar too. Now I'm convinced I've got pains in the groin area, too ;) So, what I actually would like to know, is that how quickly the first symptoms, if any, appear after contact, if one succeeds in contacting HIV? And yeah, I've scheduled a one- and two-month tests for myself, so I guess I'll know then. Thanks, ppl.

The symptoms are so varied, each could be attributed to another disease. You must wait and get tested at 3 & 6 months. Don't start freeking out. Just hang in there, get tested. If you start looking for symptoms you will find them. You will find spots and marks and aches and pain in and on your body that have been there your whole life. But, you will start freeking and think you got HIV. Don't do that, the only thing to do is wait, 3 and 6 months. Also from what you did, risk is low! Another factor is your mouth. Do you have bleeding gums? iF not, your even lower for risk! Forget about the symptoms, it will drive you crazy trying to figure out infection that way. Gotta get tested DUDE!!!
