12 weeks anti-hiv test , is it conclusive?

Hi again,
i am very stressed again, 12 weeks (84 days) anti-hiv test comes negative,
1)is it conclusive?
I still have swollen lymph nodes and also i have sore throat and Swollen tonsils with white spots.
Last question , 2)i have extremely high levels of EBV iGg = 36_positive (and ebv igm negative)
doctor say nothing about this and also i find nothing about this in internet.
Please if someone knows something about this EBV IGg High levels let's write something.
Sry for my bad english, i am so scared again.

Yeah, 12 weeks should be about 99.99% conclusive. Sorry but I don't know anything about EBV iGg levels.

i have another antigen p24 and antibody hiv test, at 110 days after contact.
Comes again negative,
But i still have swollen lymph nodes,
Is it conclusive? I am scared. Please someone answer me. Tell me your opinion.
