HIV COMBO TESTING RELIABILITY

Got myself tested 4 weeks after my last "possible" exposure (oral receptive for about two minutes, no ejaculation, presence precum unknown, insertive partner's status unknown) via SD BIOLINE HIV 1/2 RAPID TEST. Results came out negative.
At the 7th / 8th-week mark, for peace of mind, I got myself tested again. This one was administered in a STD, HIV/AIDS central laboratory at a state hospital and these were the results along with the testing methods they used:
I. CLEIA (Abbott Architect HIV Ag/Ab) — Cut Off: 1.0, S/CO: 0.11, NONREACTIVE
II. EIA (BIO-RAD Genscreen HIV Ag/Ab Combination) — Cut Off: 0.300, S/CO: 0.073, NONREACTIVE
I looked around the Internet to learn about these testing methods and I've read somewhere that both kits offer early detection of the antigen/antibodies. Would you guys, by any chance, know if this is true? If so, are my results encouraging enough?
Thank you!

the combo tests are very reliable. people usually test positive by weeks 4 - 6. negative test result at week 7/8 is very encouraging. and based on the extremely low risk of oral sex, i'd take it to be conclusive. you can test again in a month if you want. it will surely be negative again.
