Any hiv specialist in your area can one run a t-cell subset for you . Try your state's capital city or google "hiv specialist " in your state . You seem pretty smart . Gotta tell you though , had mine done and set me at ease after more than a year , but know that % and totals don't change all that fast ,but yes i think 0.5 is low ? In the face of negative tests I'm sure the doc will find hiv if it's there . The other's on here are much more knowlegeable than I am , so listen to them more .

I am from central america (for this my bad english) in my little country i have visited the most famous hiv doctor but he seem dr Bob (the body) he has blind faith in test, although, he has seen my serius health problems (fevers, chornic sinusitis, swollen nodes, thrush, eyes infection etc, etc, etc, and several etc´s) definitiely in my country i dont have help, this doctor that i mentioned is who authorizes the ARV's in my country.
I know that my case es very special, but i have hope yet that to find a help before it too late, but i dont have rosourses for travel to other country like canada (with doctor conway for example)
My last Cd4 count was 500 and 24%.

sorry, but this is just a repeat of the thread you started last month. the advice and information is still the same.
again, whatever is causing your symptoms, it's not HIV. you have convinced yourself you have HIV. you only want to find and listen to people who agree with you and you are ignoring all the experts and test results. no doctor can prescribe you antiretrovirals when you haven't tested positive and do not have HIV. that would be malpractice.
if you don't want to believe your many negative test results, that's up to you. doctors use test results to verify diagnoses. you are obsessing, wasting all your energy and effort researching HIV and running too many unnecessary tests on your body. bottom line, for any doctor, you're testing negative for HIV and it's been over two years since your exposure? you really need to rule out HIV and explore other possible causes here. posting the same story again isn't going to get you a different response.
