I am trying to be pragmatic about this, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't incredibly distressed. 4 days ago, I met man online for sex. I asked him his status, and he told me he was negative. We kissed a lot (tongue in mouth) and then I gave and received oral sex from him. He did not cum in my mouth (I don't know if there was any pre-cum). After that, we had anal sex. I was the top and we used a condom. I came, but he did not. A few days later, I found out through a friend that he is HIV positive. I confronted him about this, and he admitted he had lied. He told me his viral load was almost undetectable and that he was on meds. I am extremely upset, but I am trying not to dwell on that. I can't change what happened. I just want some straight answers. There's so much information out there, and I feel overwhelmed. When is the earliest I can be tested? I realize that I will likely have to be tested a few times before we know the result is accurate. I'm trying to keep a cool head, but I am just so angry and scared. I am glad I always use condoms, but this entire experience has left me rattled. Please offer anything in terms of timelines and stats you can to help me plan appropriately. It would really help me a lot... Thank you.

You were never at risk for HIV infection. You wore a condom. Well done! Oral sex is not a risk for transmission. If you still wish to be tested (generally a good idea about once a year), you can test at 6 weeks for an indication as most people sero-convert by 22 days. A conclusive result will be at 12 weeks.

Oral sex with a healthy oral cavity (meaning no open sores or excessive bleeding gums) is considered the least possible mode of transmission of HIV. To date there are no confirmed cases of this being an effective mode of transmission. It has been left as a POSSIBLE mode of transmission, because under the right conditions it could be, although under the right conditions I would imagine you would be to sore orally to actually perform the act.
The fact that this guy is under medical care and receiving medication lowers the risk as well as per the most recent studies. Precum although still holding the virus, usually doesn't happen in as much quantity as cum, also lowering the risk of infection.
Silvia and the lining in the mouth and throat are excellent protectors against any pathogen including HIV.
So over all, although theoretically possible the odds are in your favor of not being infected. At 6 weeks you will have a good indicator as to your status and at 3 months you will have your confirmation. If I was going to wager I would wager negative based on what you have relayed your exposure risk was.
