Am I at risk? Open cuts on hands...

First, I'm sorry if this seems like a trivial question. My next step will be addressing anxiety issues
I have two scratches/cuts on my right hand, both from a new kitten who thinks my hand is a toy. I shook hands with someone who could be considered in a high risk group two days after I got the cut. I didn't notice if he had cuts or bleeding on his hand. I did wash it right after.
The second cut happened last night and bled. I put a bandage on it but it must have fallen off - I noticed it when someone put their hand on my open cut briefly. It was bleeding slightly when I washed it off.
Are these risks? I can't believe I had two of these instances in the same weekend. Thanks in advance for your help.

Staph, MRSA, cellulitis, bartonella bacteria etc all legitimate concerns for scratches on hand when shaking other peoples hands. HIV not even in the ballpark, city, state, country, solar system, galaxy, maybe in the unknown universe, but that is stretching it to the point of sci-fi.
I would move on to your second concern.

shaking hands is not a risk for HIV, whether you had cuts or not. definitely does not require testing.
