Swollen Lymph Nodes

When someone has swollen lymph nodes, do they appear in just one spot or all over the body?
I am not sure how swollen lymph nodes would look like, where do they appear? How do they resemble? Are they like insire bies, causing a raised swelling in the skin?
Please help me, I really need to know.
Is swollen lypmh nodes a good indicator of HIV infection?

The lymph nodes would swell all over. To be certain if they are swollen a doctor should check them. I've seen people sure that their's were swollen only to have their doctor tell them they weren't. Also mine were somewhat swollen and I hadn't even noticed.
Swollen lymph nodes are NOT a good indiction of HIV infection. Lymph nodes swell whenever there is ANY infection in the body.
