oral sex and chances of getting disease

Hi,
I am a married man, my wife does not like to have oral sex. But I have been really crazy about it.
I had taken a massage service by a lady, out of excitement I paid extra money and asked lady to massage private part. I also touched my tongue to the lady genital area as well.
After 3-4 days, I became sick with sudden flu, rash, tonsils.
I am getting cured for flu, rash and tonsils.
Is it possible that I got infected with HIV / AIDS?
Please note that I did not have physical sex with the lady.
What can be my way forward?
Out of my frustration I have done a big mistake...

It seems you are excessively distressed by something that all the knowledgeable folks have told you is nothing to be concerned about. You might just be feeling guilty about enjoying any sort of sex at all. So how do you live with that? As I see it, you could do one of two things: continue to be agitated to an extreme degree most of your life, or you can swear off all sexual contact with others -- no oral, vaginal, anal sex at all, with or without a condom. You can't handle it. It makes you crazy. Keep this in mind. Take care of your sexual needs privately alone. No matter what, don't involve any other person in this problem of your emotional distress.
