Chronic sore throat?

I tested negative at about 7.5 weeks. However, I've had a chronic sore throat for over a month now. It didn't start until weeks after my other symptoms had already subsided. I've read that a chronic sore throat can be a problem for people with advanced HIV or AIDS, but is it possible immediately after ARS symptoms?
I've also had almost chronic sores in my nose (only in the left nostril, strangely). Could this be related to HIV?
Lastly, I plan on testing again soon, but is it safe to say that the test would have picked up antibodies if I had been infected? My symptoms began early, only a week after my encounter. I read that antibodies are generally detectable 2-3 weeks after symptoms.
