worried again has tested again and is NEGATIVE!

so i am sure you all read my story on here from a few days back....
i just tested and am NEGATIVE....
now the thing is the last guy i was with we enagaged in mutual jerking off and he licked my balls and i licked his (this was april 9th)....i told the nurse this and she said to forget about it and move on...no more tests! i really hope i can just accept that and move on...i was happy for like 5 mins then sunk down again ( i got a bit crazy and was asking about the big blue negative dot!)....
now i just wanna stop worrying and live my life but now im afraid ill get sick from the stress ive caused myself and rethink i was infected...symptoms.....i can now logically see how crazy that sounds....
anyways can i just move on and forget about my low risk last encounter? i think what if i had cuts in my mouth as i was licking his balls? or if i had a cut on my balls while he was licking me....am i being ridiculous???
