Night Sweats? Signs of ARS?

Hi
I am a male and I did perform cunnilingus on a woman for few minutes. (No menstrual blood, and I have no sores or lesions in my mouth).
No Vaginal, No Anal.
9 days later I felt a little bit tired during the day and the same evening I got some chills and my body temp went to about 38 C or 101 F.
I started Tamiflu and by 3 AM the same night I felt much better, no more fever and no more fatigue. Next day I was normal.
I was very stressed and anxious that I might be infected.
I had 4-5 nights of mild night sweats (just my upper body - 3 nights of night sweats, 1 night no night sweats, and followed by 2 other nights of night sweats).
No fever or any other symptom.
I took a CBC test 17 days after this risk and my numbers were all pretty excellent.
Another CBC yesterday (31 days after the risk) and still my numbers are perfectly great.
I am waiting for 6 weeks HIV test but still anxious about those 4-5 nights of night sweats. Can these be an indication of ARS?
Thx

I am no pro but I thought I was dying when I first contracted HIV. The HIV Doctor told me that is what I most likely will feel when & if aids related effects ever take over. I am hoping to never feel that way again and will always take my meds on time. I was in bed for two weeks with terrible pain all over my body, sweating it was like the flu from hell

here is a question about cunnilingus and night sweatsthat is the same as yours that Dr. Bob responded to in his forum. in short, the risk of HIV via cunnilingus is extremely remote.

I agree with Starboy. It was one of my worst times being sick. Although everyone is different and some may not even have symptoms at all. You stated you had the chills, sounds like fever to me and then sweating would be your fever breaking. There could many causes of this not just HIV. I would think you will be ok as your risk is very very low. good luck!

It sounds to me like your night sweats are a product of your anxiety over infection. The odds are ASTRONOMICALLY in your favor of not being infected based on your description of your encounter. Night sweats were one of the things I went through during my anxiety over a possible infection and they were all due to stress. I've spoken and messaged with a lot of folks who have also had stress-induced night sweats and it's a vicious circle. You sweat because of your anxiety over infection, and the night sweats make you more anxious over it, so it continues. I'm guessing that's what's going on with you. Hang in there.
