Is it possible if a girl, who is hiv positve wiped after peeing and let it sit there till it dried then after someone else wiped with that same toilet paper, could they contract hiv from this? Basically is it possible to catch hiv from using used toilet paper that an hiv infected person used?

absolutely not.
see HIV transmission
or any of the countless times our experts get asked urine questions.
Can you get hiv thru wiping with toilet paper with urine on it?
Std through DIRECT contact with urine?
also HIV does not survive outside of the body very long. so dried urine, blood, vaginal fluid, sweat or what have you, all are not risks once dried.

like i said, "HIV does not survive outside of the body very long. so dried urine, blood, vaginal fluid, sweat or what have you, all are not risks once dried."
there has never been a case of somebody contracting HIV through toilet paper. you should only be concerned about unprotected sex, sharing needles and wound-to-wound contact. wiping with toilet paper is such a non-issue, it should not even fall on your radar. no need to worry about this at all.
