Can I catch HIV this way?

I am really worried about an incident that happened 10 months ago and am freaking out over whether I could have caught HIV infection.
I was using a public bathroom and by accident the crotch of my underwear touched the toilet seat. I didn't think much of it at first but just put my underwear back on and left. Then it hit me like a train that what if there had been some HIV infected fluid left on the seat and that incident had caused me to be exposed to HIV?
What is worrying is that the bathroom wasn't empty, it was packed with people waiting for their turn. I myself was waiting for the lady before me to exit before I could use the stall.
My concern is that what is she is HIV positive and had left some infectious fluid on the seat by accident, such as blood? The lighting wasn't good so I cannot be sure that there was nothing on the seat? Or what if some fluid had been left but just wiped off with tissue paper hence leaving some amounts on the seat which couldn't be seen? As I used the toilet immediately after someone, so any fluid exposure to air isn't for very long, just seconds only, so the virus will still be alive to infect me!
Wouldn't the unfortunate incident that occurred to me put me at risk if my underwear had picked up the virus and then came into contact with my genitals? Will this equate to unprotected sex?
I know this sounds ridiculous and people will probably think it is a hoax, but if I can bear to post this here, it definitely shows how genuine my concern is over the matter. I am really not pulling anyone's leg here and I am really losing sleep over this. I haven't gone for a test as I am afraid. Can anyone on this forum help me please? I beg for an answer telling me what I should do. It has been 10 months of agony and I am really starting to believe I am HIV positive and am afraid I can put my family at risk as I am not too careful about hygiene at times. Please help, I am not even 20 and I think I am going nuts soon.

You DID NOT get HIV that way. Even if all the factors were there it would be considered indirect contact (meaning it did not go from you directly from another person). You don't get HIV from indirect contact.
Your level of fear is way above the level of risk. There was none. Since it has now become something that is impacting your life you really need to get into counseling to help you break this cycle of obession.

Thanks to all that helped. It seems that everyone is saying that is it impossible, but somehow I can't convince myself. I keep thinking about how long the virus can survive when exposed and all I consulted gave me different answers, some say a few seconds, others say several minutes and some say the virus will be alive as long as the fluid is not dry. There are so many thoughts filling my head, I just don't know how to react. Can anyone offer me some advice?
