Worried after performing oral on multiple partners

Okay from the Top I am A gay male but have never really been interested in a dating or regular partner.In the past Ive been hooking up on net or rest stops but just giving oral nothing else .I admit I always enjoyed swallowing semen a lot and Over time but I never noticed any problems.recently I went on an anonymous hookup that involved me servicing several male partners.I swallowed a lot of semen and the next day I regretted my decision to do this.Even though I regretted it the next night I soon got the urge and went on on a 2 guy hookup after that,This was three weeks ago. the past 2 days now I have sores in my throat like strep ,blisters on lips and a lot of diarrhea .I have asked others and say its not HIV just nervousness.Ive heard you cant get anything from swallowing and giving head and I never really worried before. I realize the risks now and am very worried.Is this a sign of infection?

The risks are extremely low of contracting HIV unless you have open sores or bleeding gums etc (and even then the risk would be very low), but I guess that no amount of reassuring is going to convince most people in your situation so the best would be to get tested of course, and then on a regular basis as well.
Not sure that blisters would be a result of anxiety!
I would be more concerned about getting some other sexually transmitted disease from this type of behavior with numerous unknown partners, like Herpes, Syphilis, etc.
Anyway if you have symptoms of some or other illness then don't try to self diagnose or get information from the internet, see your primary care physician and make sure you disclose your history with him or her to be able to help you as much as possible.

I can completely relate. About one month ago I gave a bisexual man I don't know a brief BJ. There was no ejaculation. I have been feeling freezing and with a sore throat and diarrhea for a while since, no fever, no rash. But I also went to the Caribbean so it could be something that I caught on the plane, or in the drinking water. I have been driving myself crazy with feelings of regret and worry over having contracted HIV. And no matter the result I have learned my lesson for life Re: safer sex practices.
