Swollen lymph node after unprotected sex

Please help, I had an unprotected sex with a lady a week ago stupidly and I developed a swollen lymph node in my upper neck (under my jaw) 2 days ago. My vision is slightly blurry as I have just discovered today, I have spoken to her and she advised that a day after we had unprotected sex (6 days ago) she developed a swollen upper eyelid. Please advice if this is a symptom of HIV. I am desperate and will be having a test done next week. We have both had unprotected sex together approximately 2.5 years ago. Have had HIV test done a year and half ago and it was negative.
Please advice if swollen neck lymph node, slightly blurred vision and slight fatigue could be hIV

it's near impossible to diagnose HIV based on "symptoms" because there are no concrete signs of HIV. could be a flu. could be nothing at all.
see "What Are the Symptoms of HIV and AIDS?"
The only way to know for sure is to get an HIV test. The window period for one is 12 weeks after your last possible exposure. So your test at two weeks won't be conclusive.
