How likely is that i am infected??

Hi I sucked the nipple and breast of a lactating sex worker although i can´t say I´am 100% sure she was lactating, she told me that she had a 5 month baby so i assumed she is lactating. And I am worried to get inffected with AIDS. Is it possible that i got inffected by doing this??
