Chances of getting HIV when you have dermatitis

Hi. I would like to ask about the chances of getting HIV when you have dermatitis and touch body fluids. Moreover what are the chances if these body fluids where out of the body for some minutes?
One friend of mine wanted to have sex at a brothel and I was waiting for him to finish (I didn't have sex). When we left I shut the door touching the knob with my hand which had dermatitis. When I asked him if he had used soap to clean his hands he answered me negatively. And then I noticed that other persons may have done the same and the knob of the door may be contagious of STD's such as HIV. After a while I used some cleaning gel.
Are there any risks ? This happened approximately 9 months ago. I do not have any signs of HIV. Sorry for my bad English and thank you in advance.

Touching a door knob that may have bodily fluids on it is not a risk for HIV, even if you have dermatitis. You do not need to test, but if it's been a while since your last test, you should get a test to know your status.

So you are suggesting to test not because of the incident but just as a periodic preventive test ?
Thank you for your answer
