2 NEGATIVE TEST.........

I had a possible exposure with a guy 10 years ago who is now rumored to be HIV+.I was tested 8 years after the fact and again 10 years after the fact and both where negative.My problem is that I have been totally stressed over it and I was recently diagnosed with oral thrush.I am never sick and recently had a complete blood count and it was normal.My doctor says that my thrush is most likely caused by the stress I have been under.I am scared cause i just found outI am pregnant with my 2nd child.Everyone tells me I am fine but I am still a little worried.Am I crazy?

#2 You are not crazy, for feeling stressed. Your obsession is not your fault...OCD or
whatever you wish to call it, unless dealt with directly is like a run-away train. You
can't control what you feel. You can learn, over time, to control how you react. I
know, I suffer from anxiety too, and although I still wrestle with it, since dealing with
it, it's much better.
You're negative...enjoy your new precious baby to be.

Thank you for your reassurance and I am glad I found someone that knows what tremendous anxiety I have been feeling.I guess I need to get help with my anxiety more than anything .It is so hard for me to quit worring and to put this behind me.This board has been a big help to me.Good Luck to all of you and Happy Holidays!!
