lip sores unprotected oral hiv risk

Hello
I am aware that risk from unprotected insertive fellatio is relatively lower.
But what is freaking me out is that post the episode- I discovered a single sore on the inside of her lips- it was not red or yellow, but just as the same texture and color as her skin.
Also, she had blisters on her fingers and palm which she claimed was due to a bad waxing job done- which I had initially accepted- but now I am worried.
I just had unprotected fellatio (I did not ejaculate in her mouth, it was only a brief act (1-2 mins) and protected frottage with her. Also, I did not wash my penis after the oral - and immediately put on the condom
I dont know her hiv/std status- so I am worried and wanted to ask the foll:
1) Is HIV transmission possible in this case-(I did not have any cuts or sore on my penis and I have phimosis)
2) Could the virus have stayed under my foreskin as i did not wash immediately and put on the condom
3) What are the other std risks?

HIV? Probably not. can't say for certain about other STDs, but you're likely over-worrying here.
