Oral Sex with Call Girl

Hello, I have a wife and child but have made an idiotic mistake. Long story short - a buddy and I went out of town playing golf and one night after I took many shots buddy said lets get call girls. I blacked-out for most of the ride back to the hotel but remember getting unprotected oral sex. I don't know if I did anything other than that, but later talked to the call girl who said we did not have sex and mentioned she was clean(if can trust). Also not sure if ejaculated or not. I am way over tested but have a lot riding on this with my family, and have a lot of anxiety, so each test has helped a little in the mental department. My wife is aware of everything, but I wanted to get everyone's opinion on my testing so far and where to go from here. Here is what tested so far:
14 days - full 8 panel test for everything - positive for herpes but must have had it the whole time and didn't know. 22 days - hiv pcr dna quantitative test negative 37 days - full 8 panel test - same results as 14 day test 46 days hep RNA for B and C, hiv antibody - all negative 57 days - hiv antibody negative 72 days hiv antibody, hiv pcr dna qualitative, syphillis all negative
As I mentioned I know I have had too much testing but with anxiety it has really helped. My questions are: What remaining test do you recommend? my worse fear is affecting my wife once we resume a sex life. Would 6 months be safe to start having unprotected sex? Finally, I know antibodies can take a while do develop, do you think I am the clear for a person who never had any health issues before my stupid weekend? I know symptoms are useless so won't bother talking about that..
Thank you in advance for any feedback.

You are not the first guy that has gotten a blow job outside of a relationship, nor will you be the last. You also aren't going to be the first guy that has ever acquire HIV from a blow job.
In 30 years there has never been a confirmed case of transmission from getting a blow job. Saliva contains enzymes that inhibit the transmission of HIV. I have no idea why you bothered to mention if you ejaculated or not, if you did and you were HIV postive it would put the woman at more risk, certainly not you.
You are correct. You have overtested. Move on.
