Cunilingus, possible hiv???

Good morning, Please offer some advise!
approx 4 weeks ago, I was in a lap dancing bar, and very drunk, To cut a long story short I basically performed oral sex on her for no more than 20 seconds, no intercourse took place
At the time of this I had just recently go over a flu virus and still had a slight sore throat
Now 4 weeks later my sore throat has never gone away, for the last too weeks I have had severe sinusitis, this has been confirmed by my doctor
Could you please advise the chances of HIV from my situation and has sinusitis ever been a first sign of HIV

There are no early symptoms specific to Hiv that is not present with other viral infections. There is a slight risk involved with your activity, but not typically how the virus is passed. So relax, and to relieve your concerns take the test at 3 months and put it behind you.
