Hi
about 2 weeks ago I met a 22 yearold gay latino man from culver city, ca (LA by the airport) on craigslist. He said he was "clean and safe" and we engaged in mutal oral sex WITHOUT ejaculation. I didn't see any sores or markes or rashes on his body. When I went down on him I think I tasted precum or urine (he had just peed a few mins before) I assume it was precum since I have never tasted it before. I didn't swallow for a few mins and allowed plenty of saliva in my mouth I eventually swallowed a little at a time. This was the last time I tasted that taste. we didn't ejaculate in our mouths and that was all we did, hj and bj. I texted him and asked him again about his status and he got mad and said he doesn't care and he doesn't get it check. I am very worried about hiv. I have told my story to 2 other sites (Aidsmeds and medhelp) and the people on that site said I had no-risk. But that doesn't make me feel better.
It happened on 25th of sept and I havn't had any viral symtoms. By lower back was bothering me and for the past few months my neck has also been bothering me and 3 days ago I turned my head and I may have pinched a nerve or something because it really started to hurt and gave me muscle spasms I think in my neck. that went away within 24 hours.
Can anyone help me? I also suffer from ocd so my anxiety is very high and I can't sleep. this is my only sexual contact I have ever had in my life I've never even kissed anyone.

I've read that before and its got some good informatino. But most of it is theoretical. My question is how much risk was my situation?

what do you mean? Hiv postiive? Well Up until my encounter 2 weeks ago that would be 100% no.
Now, I don't know. That is why I posted here, I don't know what my odds are.

i thought first times were supposed to be special and with someone you share love with.
but that point aside, you already know the answer. your odds are very, very, very, very, very likely that you're negative. just like everyone has already been telling you. you just need to accept it and stop worrying.

I suffer from extreme ocd and anxiety. I used to lay awake at night worried I might have cancer and if I locked my car door. Now its that I have hiv. So telling me to move on easier said than done.

Then it would seem that you need to seek the services of a mental health care professional instead of hitting all the HIV forums asking the same questions and receiving pretty much the same answer.
It's your hell and your choice.

But my risk even if he was hiv and didn't know it was no risk? Do you all agree with that?

I plan on getting tested around the 25th of this month. That would make it 4 weeks and I was told the p24 / Antibody duo test is conclusive at that time.

What exactly would you like us to tell you? You got honest answers. If you don't want to listen then why are you here still asking the same questions? Just get yourself tested if your worried so much. Your fine.

Just to let you all know I tested negative. I got a PCR DNA test and an Anti-body test at 28 days and both were negative. Am I in the clear?
