Waiting for results with burning tongue

Hello. Had risky sex 2+weeks ago, Had a vial of Ciprofloxacin 500mg tab. Took as a precaution, twicw a day for 10 days. Waiting for PCR results but have a burning tongue with white layer that will come off with brushing. Could this thrush have been caused by the wide sprectrum antibiotic or early HIV infection?????
