Had an RNA test...but have symptoms

I am a gay male who was the top in an encounter on august 1st. I withdrew and saw that the condom broke (I did not ejaculate.)
11 days after this happened, I had an RNA test done and it came back negative. Both my doctor and the CDC told me that for its test, this result is reliable and will not come back different if I were to repeat RNA testing at 3 weeks or something like that. They told me to wait for an antibody test, but are pretty sure I am fine.
However, I've been having eye problems. Some headaches behind the eyes, and in the middle of the day I get a lot of redness in the corners. I also feel some swelling in the lymph node area and have had diarrhea. the doctor thinks the eye problems are stress or allergies, and I have to go back to tell him about the other problems.
Is it likely that I have HIV? I understand the RNA test is not a conclusive test...but I'm so scared...
