i woke up today and i noticed that besides having some raised skin spots on hands, back and stomach i also have like 4 new moles on my shoulders and hands which im 100% sure never had from what i've been reading people with compromised immune system such as those with hiv develop several skin problems including new moles, my question is this...are the moles a sign of acute hiv or do people with hiv only develop skin problems in a later stage? i've tested negative so far currently waiting to hit the three month mark to get tested again, but now these damn moles are freaking me out ...please help...

relax. you're worrying yourself into looking for symptoms. moles are not symptoms of HIV.
your negative test results so far are encouraging. 12-week mark is almost here. have faith (and protected sex) from now on.
also ARS usually occurs two to four weeks after infection. new moles at this point would just be new moles.

thanks for your response, i feel better but i gotta say for the last two months i've had many many more downs then ups and im really praying and hoping that i don't have hiv specially because i have not too many close friends and literally no relatives around me so i know it would be very hard to get through something like this being alone, now i remember my symptoms started in early june so by now that would be almost two months with symptoms which i have read is not very usual according to doctor bob symptoms start 2 to 3 weeks and last 2 to 3 weeks so hopefully hiv is not my problem..thank you for ur response..
