Need input on an incident today.

Hello Everyone,
An incident happened today which has been on my mind. At work, I accidentally dropped my cell phone in a trash can, when i reached in to get it, there were several paper towels with some blood on them (likely from a nose bleed). The paper towels were wet, meaning the blood was likely fresh. I had some small cuts (not actively bleeding at the time) on my hand that are cracks in the skin from the dry weather. Should i be at all concerned? i don't know if the towels came into contact with my hands.

no concern HIV does not survive out of the boy and your cuts where not actively bleeding like you said aside from the grossness factor you will be fine
