please help,im over stressed,im an asian male seafarer. i have protected sex with a venezuelan sex worker(with condom,no sign of breakage) but i performed an unprotected cunnilingus last dec 2008, i am healthy for 4 and half months,no any disease until first week of may 2009 which is the 18th week since possible exposure, i got 4 day fever, rashes, diarrhea and muscle pain, does acute viral syndrome can occur on the 18th week? could this be hiv symptoms?

Acute Retroviral Syndrome (ARS) occurs between 2 and 4 weeks after an exposure. Whatever you had was not ARS.
