Exposure to HIV .PLEASE HLEP ME !!!!!

Dear doctors,please help me ,few days a go ,i went to a HIV Testing Centre to test for HIV, the result is negative but before i was taken blood , there are two spouses were HIV ,also come to this centre to check their CD4 tests,they put their arms on the table to take blood, then in turn, i put my arm on the table,too (right after them for 1,2 minutes) to get the blood.So i'm afraid of being infected with the blood from their arms or something like that which were on the table,could you please give me some advices,thanks so much !!!! after that incident ,because of being infected, i used PEP about 11 days (because i'm too tired so i decided to stop using it ).So docs,please tell me when can i go for a HIV test?6 WEEks or 13 weeks ,and if 6 weeks ,in this case the result is accuracy or not /????thanks so much
