Hey all, i'm so worried about myself and i need someone to advice me... This is my story :-
I'm living & working at Cameroon, and as mostly of people know that HIV is too much here as well as other African countries, and i made many relations here with women (normal or prostitutes) and i was so careful everytime of using a good and known type of condoms and i was also very careful when i was installing it in order to make safe sex and i thank my god that it never break....
But the problem is that i did oral sex many times to many women which is well known as "Cunnilingus" (i was sucking their vagin) and i was inserting my tongue deeply inside it.. And everytime when i finish the relation, i decide to not repeat this practise again because i was afraid of it & of its risk of transmission of HIV...But when i make new relation, i forget all that and i do it again...I don't know but now i feel that i can't make love with any woman without doing ORAL SEX first because i really like it and it give me pleasure as well as the other partner...
I read too much about oral sexa and about its low risk of transmission of HIV but i need your advice about it pls...
Please i need also to know about the risk of transmission of HIV through the "Analingus" which refers to the oral stimulation to the women's anus.

Hey bud,
I would try to relax as much as possible. Dr. Bob has said these are low risk activities. If you can, stop having sex and wait out the window period for an HIV test. It is a long excrutiating wait, but I am hoping the best for you.

You can get a throat culture for gonorrhea and chlamydia, but HIV is not a risk here without your mouth actively bleeding.
As for the neck thing, it doesn't make any sense to attach it to this situation if you've had back issues in the past, does it?
I suspect that there is something contributing to the anxiety here... guilt or shame or some similar feeling. That isn't a piece we can address here though, so if your anxiety continues, it might help you to talk to a counselor.
