hi kind people out there, regarding my case, i had a unprotected oral sex from from a girl which last about 2 minutes and we have protected sex. After the exposure, i have some flu, joint arches but no fever. I got tested on week 7 and it came out negative. During waiting for the results, i always think negatively which make me cant sleep well, emotion not stable and bad mood all the time. Just want to be sure how conclusively the test result on week 7? should i test again on week 12?

Regarding your case:
What case? You received a blow job which has never been implicated in the transmission of HIV by the CDC and you had protected sex. You know millions is spent trying to get people to use condoms and have protected sex so that HIV transmissions will be reduced.
If you had indeed had a real risk, then you would need to test at 3 months in order to receive a conclusive result. At 6 weeks 99% will be testing accurately, but the CDC still goes by the 3 month window.
However since nothing you did is indicated as a reason to test after the incident then the negative at 7 weeks is just fine.

No they don't. While HIV has been found in Saliva it is not a viable amount that can infect another person. Also properties in Saliva (remember it's the start of food digestion) have been found to render the HIV in saliva harmless.

If you are testing again, then be doing it for the right reasons, because you haven't had your yearly test and you are sexually active. Oh wait....you already have tested this year, so you know you are negative.
I know peace of mind is very important but please also know that you don't need to test for this because you were not at risk. This is part of the reason for raising health care costs....Unnecessary tests.
If you are unable to accept the fact that you had no risk over this...please, please think twice before engaging in this type of behavior again. It's just WOMBAT (waste of money, brains and time)
