I have reading and found this A person who has contracted HIV may show up positive as early as two weeks after the time they were infected. According to page 11 of the Module 6 Training Manual from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the vast majority of those who contract HIV will show up positive between 46 weeks after infection.
To obtain a reliable test result, it is recommended that you wait at least six weeks after your last exposure. A tiny number of people may not test positive for three months. These are generally people with pre-existing immune disorders such as chemotherapy patients or recent organ transplant recipients who must take immune system-suppressing drugs. For this reason, many agencies will suggest a uniform three month test to cover everyone.
Testing beyond three months is completely unnecessary.
Here is a chart with approximate accuracy of HIV antibody testing:

Is this for a western blot test? What method of testing is this specific to?

There are no antibody tests approved for a conclusive result at 25 days. 4 month and longer is 100% as long as you don't fall in the rare catagory which you would know before you even take a test and that you have not had any unprotected exposure prior to the three months before testing. _________________________ Click Here For Natural Genital Warts Cure

The OP didn't even mention that a 25 day test was conclusive so what was your point of bringing that up in the first place?
The OP is also correct that a test at 3 months is 100% or actually 99.99% since no test is ever 100%. Actually a 6 week test is close to that figure. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to have to wait until 4 months for a conclusive result.
The OP cited his information and if came from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. So are you saying you know more than this organization?
