No symptoms and tested negative after 2 weeks?

I was on holiday in thailand and i met a girl over there and we had sex on 3 occasions always protected and on the 3rd night i was kissing her and we dint sleep that night, she went home, she txt me to say she had a cut in her mouth and wasnt sure when she had done it, this confused me and i txt abck saying sorry to hear it hope it gets better, thinking why is she telling me this, she said sorry but i have HIV this is why iv told you, my heart like msot sank, i knew nothing about the disease, i couldnt stay out and enjoy my night i practically ran back to hotel and used the internet scouring sites on HIV, i read a lot that made me feel safe, and i relaxed...
Well i got back 3 weeks ago, it was a week before that this night happened, i had a check up 2 weeks ago today, i have receieved my results and they are Negative. I have yet to this day had any symptoms that could be linked to the disease.
The doctor also said the chances are very very slim, im going to go for a last test in 2 months and then i am told it will be 100% sure if negative i havent got it.
I was wanting to know how relaxed can i really be now, i feel like going out and celebrating now but would they be premature??
