To bad! CDC still recommends 6 month window!!!! CDC will never change their window down to 3 month see new guidlines!

Well I think you read it wrong because they are saying WITHIN 3 MONTHS.
Thats really good news even if you look at the references they are from 1996
CDC really has not revised its guidlines if they are using information from 1996 when it is almost 2002.
Look close these are old guidlines.
