Symptoms Appear After 5 Days??

I've been married & Hiv+ for almost 22 years. My husband has never been tested for Hiv and he has never been sick, shown or developed any symptoms Hiv related. Just yesterday, he tells me that he had unprotected sex w/ a female who claims that she started having symptoms 5 days after they had sex. She went to get tested & her results were positive. She was having excessive weight loss and a cold she couldn't get rid of.. about 5 days after they had sex.
She gave my husband's name & told him that she contracted the virus from him and he needed to get tested. Now, after 22 years he finally gets tested and the results came back positive. Now, my question is can a female develop Hiv/Aids symptoms five days after having unprotected sex w/ an Hiv+ individual? I told my husband that she could not have possibly contracted the virus from him and start feeling/seeing symptoms five days after the ordeal. Is it possible? Could she have contracted the virus from someone else and just now started having symptoms?
