I believe what Nebulous is trying to say in his completely uncompassionate demeaning way is that this is an "Am I Infected" forum for questions about HIV transmission. Not really a place to make new acquaintances for dating or friendship purposes.
If you are HIV positive then I would point you in the direction of the 'Living with HIV' forum for friendship and support, a place Nebulous is unwelcomed.

This coming from someone that said this, "You have got to get your already admitted OCD and issue with HIV under control. Seriously get yourself to a monastery and a counselor until you get your issues under control. "

Excuse me if my posting is not appropiate,I am new to this forum,and I figured I"d give it a shot. I f anyone knows about or can steer me to the right web site for meeting a female friend I"d appreciate it. Like I said in my original message I lost my wife to aids. Back in 1995 and haven" dated since and as it"s looking now that I am going to be around for quite a while God willing.
It is time for me to come out of my shell,and start living again,Life is just too short, and am looking for someone that we have in common.
I would like to start out as friends and just see if there is any chemitry there.
So again if this is not th right thing yo do I apologize. But pleas someone reply so maybe you could steer me in the rightndirection.

You are on a site with a big banner that says "The Complete HIV/AIDS Resource".
You clicked on the words "Am I Infected" and posted a dating ad.
I stand by my original post and say it without any rage. I said you were confused or dumb. You confirmed that you were confused. I was right. End of story.
