For friend: broken glass in foot

Hi there,
I talked to a girl friend of mine about this wonderful site and now she's concerned about her risk status about and incident at a bar a couple years back.
Apparently there was a bar fight in which some guys were hitting each other with beer bottles that shattered and during the commotion her shoe fell off and she stepped barefoot in broken glass and cut her foot. She's worried about if one of the guys got blood on the glass shards and the blood could've transferred into her foot.
She went for an HIV test through her doctor 2 wks later which was negative but now she's worried about the "window period" as it was 14 and not 90 days after.
Should she be concerned?
