Oral sex and condom issue!

I recently had sex with an ex-girlfriend from 4+ years back. During the incident I fingered her and briefly gave her oral sex, then applied a condom correctly except it was not completely to the base 9maybe 1-2cm away. We had sex and afterwards I noticed a lot of vaginal secretions at the base of my penis. They did not appear to have gotten inside the condom. 2 days later I awoke with very swollen lymphs under my neck and behind my ears. I did just take 5 finals and was a little sleep deprived so I don't know if this is the cause.
Also she commented after sex about how condoms don't work, leads me to think she doesn't use them.
Should I be worried, should I get tested?

Hi,
Giving oral sex, especially to a female, would be considered of some theoretical risk, if the female was to menstruate. But then, even in such circumstances the risk would be too remote.
As for the condom, I don’t think it failed. Condom breakage is a subtle phenomenon and it is EXTREMELY unlikely an event like a condom breakage would go unnoticed. You may choose to test for calming your fears, but in terms of the exposures you report, it wouldnt be needed.
