You may think you have HIV, but your testing shows you don't. The issue with these tests are that they sometimes will give a false POSITIVE. False negatives are not an issue. While people will test postive at 4 weeks, it's a bit early. The test at 9 weeks would be considered conclusive by many agencies. Massachusetts uses that 4th generation test and they say 6 weeks is conclusive.

You need to discuss your health concerns with your doctor in order to determine what is really causing your symptoms. These symptoms that you think mean you have HIV are actually very common symptoms for many illnesses and conditions, including stess. If you continue to believe that your symptoms mean you are infected instead of believing your test results, you will only drive yourself nuts.
