Need advice regarding my HIV antibody test

Hello:
I really need some feedback regarding my HIV antibody test I took on August 25, 2008. Here I go with my story...I am married for 12 years with three children. I made the biggest mistake of my life!! I started having an affair September 2007 with a man that was 14 years younger than I am. I am currently 42 years old.
Always used protection, but January 10, 2008 condom broke and first week in May 2008 the condum slipped off. Affair ended July 19, 2008 which was my last fantasy sexual encounter with him. I have never and will never cheat on my husband again, but I am living with incredible fear that I have HIV. I do not know if the person I had the affair with was HIV negative or positive.
I was tested on August 25, 2008 and HIV EIA test was negative. The condom never broke or fell off during my last sexual relationship with him, but I am extremely paranoid. We did have oral sex, which was unprotected, but he did not e.....at all in my mouth.
How accurate is the test? Does anyone feel I am at high risk or low risk? Should I get tested again? All the other STD's I got tested for were negative, except for Herpes 1.
Do most people form antibodies within 4 weeks. I think my last sexual experience was safe, but I am scared for my family.
Please offer any feedback.

From the sound of things your last unprotected encounter was in May of 2008. You tested negative in August. Since your other encounters were protected I don't see that you need to test further. However, you certainly are outside the 3 month window period at this point if you wished to test one last time.

Thanks for the reply. I was actually out of the three month window period, because my last unprotected encounter was the first weekend in May and I was tested last week in August as noted in previous blog.
I guess I am worried, because my last sexual encounter was July 19th which considered safe sex, but wild...I should just get a test again, but I am scared.
