I'm 18 years old, 3 days ago i had sex with a women who was 35, anal sex, it was unprotected for about 2-3 minutes, then i pulled out and put a condom on, which then the sex lasted for about 5 minutes, She seemed as though she never had anal sex before because when i was about to penetrate she didn't let me, at first, then she told me to do it really really slow, and said that it hurt her.Or it just hurt her bad, because for the first minute or so i was trying to put it in, So it seemed she never had anal sex. I am terrified on possibilities and she seemed healthy which i know you cant count on, there was no blood and about 25 min later i washed the area. Its only been 3 days or 2 and a half, are there antiretreval drugs or anything i can do to decrease the possibilities, please help me what are my risk? Im scared shitless

Hey,
Firstly, not every sexual encounter leads to HIV transmission. The fact that this only lasted for 3 minutes before you were protected does lessen your chances to a certain extent. PEP (anti retrovirals for post exposure) would not and can not be used in your case as they must be taken in the first 72-hours. My advice is to take an HIV test at the 3-month mark as this will be conclusive. A test at 6-weeks will be encouraging but not definitive.

Also, if it was her first Ananl experience does that make a diffrence in possobilities, as well as if there was no visible blood, And instead of me just penetrating ,, i was more like dipping, does that change anything,, ..all replies welcomed
